These Dittos are not only shiny themselves, but are perfectly suited for breeding more shiny Pokemon with perfect stats! Using a foreign pokemon for breeding (referred to as the Masuda Method) increases your odds to 1-in-339 (with the shiny charm)—which is some of the best overall shiny odds in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet!
Using a foreign Ditto ensures any pokemon you breed with it from your game will have the best chances of being shiny. When the parent Ditto is equipped with a Destiny Knot (included or easily obtained in game), it will pass down five of the six perfect stats to the baby Pokemon too, which starts your new shiny baby off with a super stat advantage!

Choosing the right nature mostly depends on the pokemon you plan to breed. I like to use Smogon (usually its easiest to just google "Smogon + the species of pokemon) to search out movesets that are recommended for each pokemon. When you find a moveset you like, it will also include a recommended natures to use with it. Ideal natures boost the stat most beneficial to the moveset, while reducing a stat the pokemon doesn't use.
- Adamant nature boosts Attack and lowers Special Attack
- Modest nature boosts Special Attack and lowers Attack
- Jolly nature boosts Speed and lowers Special Attack
- Timid nature boosts Speed and lowers Attack
