Mint $350 Zanella current model "Parker" model charcoal gray virgin wool dress pants.  Made in Italy. The pants have pick stitching on the front pocket edges and fly, "D" reinforcing stitching on the rear pocket edges, "Zanella" signature Corzo nut buttons and outstanding wool fabric.  Zanella describes the Parker fit as folllows:

Contemporary and tailored, the Parker Fit features a straight leg and medium-rise. 

Color:      A medium gray weave. The 2nd photo of the waistband and label best shows the color and fabric weave but the photos really do not show how truly nice these pants are.
Material:  100% virgin wool.  The fabric is very soft and silky smooth, holds an outstanding press and drapes beautifully.  It is a medium all season weight.
Pleats:      Flat front
Cuffs:        No
Size:        The tag says size 40 but the waist has been let out slightly and the pants hand measure at 41 X 29. (see measurements below). 
Lining:     Lined to the knee.  Thick, soft cotton Zanella signature waist curtain and thick soft cotton pockets. 

Pockets:  Front slant pockets and 2 rear pockets each with button closure.  The rear pockets have boxed openings and "D" reinforcing stitching on the pocket edges.
Waist:      41" w/ appx. 3" additional to let out. 
Buttons for braces:  No
Inseam:    29" with appx. 3/4" to let out

Outseam:  39"

Leg opening across the bottom lying flat:  8 1/2"

Front rise:  11"

Front closure is a button - button - button  closure.

CONDITION:  Mint!  The pants have been altered but worn once or twice at the very most.  They are in mint condition without faults.  This is a beautiful pair of Zanella dress pants that is being offered at a fraction of their $350 retail value.
