How it works: Buy the service here on eBay, then instructions will be sent to you where to mail your device or remote service
Wwe will perform the work within 48 hours of delivery of your device, you pay shipping to and from, you can send a return label with it.
You supply us with the IMEI (the original IMEI is on the label under the battery) , it is up to you to check it from the label before you give it to us for the repair.
For remote service you will need a working/activated data sim card for the device as you will have to use it for web for remote, you will need a Windows 7/10 x86/64 compatible pc to install some remote software on your PC. The detailed instruction will send after you ordered the service.

updated to 12.01.16 or above version, DO NOT BUY THIS! You need the firmware service first.
