Shipping
A Signature is required for items priced above $350.
Watch orders require 3-5 days of handling time and are shipped via FedEx prior overnight, excluding weekends.
For international buyers, please contact us before making a purchase to determine if we can ship to your country.
We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Returns
If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, an exchange or refund is available within 14 days.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
Refunds will not be issued if the watch is worn, links are removed, the timepiece is used negligently, or if the inside components are touched.
Please contact us via eBay message, email, or phone before returning a product.
To initiate a return, select "Return this item" and then "I don't need it anymore."
The payment will be refunded within 2-3 business days upon receipt of the returned item.
