Instructions:

Make sure you scrape a bit off both ends of your split line to expose the metal strip to allow the product to make a circuit. You can do this with a small flat screwdriver.

1. Ensure the demister is turned off. Thoroughly clean the damaged area on the grid line using the alcohol wipe.
2. Carefully place the masking tape along either side of the damaged grid line.
3. Apply the silver repair compound over the top of the masking tapes with the cotton swabs.
4. Use the plastic scraper to make the surface smooth. Make sure the repair compound overlaps both ends of the damaged grid line. Look through the window from inside the vehicle to ensure no light is showing through the repaired area. If light shows through apply another coat of repair compound.
5. Carefully remove the masking tape and allow the repair compound to dry.
6. Wait 24 hours before turning on the demister again.
