1. Please double check that you are ordering the correct spare part for the make and model. We must all reduce our carbon footprint, sending and returning the wrong parts has an impact on the environment with wasted fuel miles and packaging etc. If in any doubt ... Please message me.
2. All parts listed are in good working condition, cleaned, tested where necessary and stored in a clean, dry environment.
3. To avoid any confusion, all parts are security marked & photographed to ensure that any parts returned are the original parts sent.
4. All orders are carefully packaged using recycled materials. ♻
5. All free postage orders are sent by Ebay Packlink courier & all orders received by 5pm are dispatched the same day Monday - Saturday to ensure you a prompt delivery (all being well).
6. 10% of the listing price will be refunded if the order is collected in person or collection is arranged.
7. Returns are not a problem, your money is protected and a refund will be issued as soon as the item is received back but please be aware that the buyer is responsible for return packaging, postage and insurance.
8. We will get your order to your door as quickly as possible & you will be able to track your order from dispatch to delivery. On occasion parcels are delayed or lost, please accept that we send everything in good faith and have no control whatsoever once your item is dispatched.
9. There is an express delivery option available and orders requiring express delivery must be placed before midday to ensure our local Parcel Force collection is not missed. I can assure you that your order will be processed and with Parcel Force (tracked 24 hour delivery) before the collection deadline, if it is delivered late, it is not our fault.
10. All orders for delivery outside of mainland UK must go through Ebay GSP (Global Shipping Program).
