This is a pair of men's Billabong Billaboarding Surf Classic Surf Competition shorts in all over gray, black, and white skull pattern.  There are 2 side entry mesh lined slit pockets-left one with sewn logo label and a fold over Velcro closure pocket with logo patch at the left leg.  These are a pull on elasticated waistband short with adjustable drawstring closure.  The inside of the shorts are a solid black, enabling you to reverse the pattern and wear them that way as well.  The waist is 36, rise 11, inseam 7, and length 18".  Please contact me with any questions.
