Incorrect items must be returned within 7 days of receipt in order to receive the exchange.The returned item must be in its original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any dismantled, marked, or visibly defaced product by the buyer will VOID the item`s return authorization. Buyer will be responsible for shipping of the defective unit back and forth. We will replace it with a brand new replacement. If it`s our mistake, we pay the shipping fee and change a new product to customers or supply refund!
