Listed as used because the box has some bends, cracks, and creases. Was displayed but not taken out the package, there is some dust spots in the box interior, was wiped down a bit to clear out the worst of it. The care bear its self has a small spot on stomach and the beach ball has a minor spot too (harder to see on photos). Overall a great collectors piece or to pull out and give to your little one!
