Sonnax universal remanufactured valve body CHR145 has been uniquely designed to fit all '99-later listed Chrysler applications, regardless of OE checkball or solenoid configuration. The convenience of stocking one SKU number for various applications saves time, money and interchangeability confusion.

The channel casting has been resurfaced to SAE recommended flatness and surface finish. The seasoned casting warpage is now eliminated, removing crossleaks and manufacturing burrs that resulted in clutch distress and shift complaints. A new separator plate is also installed, along with gaskets, to seal the critical surfaces between the valve body and channel casting.

Heavy duty/high performance accumulator pistons with dual-guide seals are installed to prevent piston-to-bore scuffing and restore clutch pressures due to leakage. Patented Sonnax valves are installed to restore hydraulic pressures and eliminate shift complaints, trouble codes, converter concerns and overdrive clutch distress. Our patented accumulator cover plate made from stronger, thicker material and secured with additional screws is also installed to prevent flexing or breakage.

To guarantee the highest level of operational performance, this remanufactured valve body is tested on state-of-the art equipment to verify that pressures match OE specification. A solenoid block is not included with this valve body, but is available from OE and various aftermarket sources.

Remanufactured Valve Body Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Sonnax remanufactured valve bodies are backed by a limited lifetime warranty. During the first year, defective valve bodies will be replaced, free of charge. After the first year, valve bodies may be returned for repair or replacement, with the only cost to the customer being shipping charges.

Warranty claims must be directed to Sonnax Product Support (please see official website for details) within 30 days of your knowledge of a potential defect and before any attempt is made to return a valve body. Failure to call before returning may result in a restocking fee.

Any unauthorized repairs, alterations, misuse or disassembly will void the warranty. Proof of purchase may be required.

Installation of a Sonnax valve body for diagnostic purposes will void the warranty; valve bodies subjected to such misuse and returned under warranty will receive core credit only.
