The Taylor Kitchen Digital Deep Fry Candy Thermometer is a multi-purpose digital thermometer great for candy making, deep frying, hobbies or crafts. With precision accuracy and optimal performance this thermometer is versatile and reliable. With an oversized, amber backlit digital display and 0.50 inch digits it's easy to see from a distance. The digital components are high-heat resistant and also angled to prevent heat from directly impacting the display. The long stainless steel stem and extra-secure adjustable pan clip work with most types of cookware and kettles. The stem has a blunt end to prevent scratching. A great tool to have in the kitchen.

• TILTED HEAD FOR VISIBILITY: Head of the thermometer is tilted at the perfect angle so the large 0.75 inch display can avoid condensation and can be seen easily.

• SPECIALLY ENGINEERED PAN CLIP: Adjustable pan clip will hang on tight to most pans so the thermometer will not get dislodged during stirring.
