All printers and machines sold by FuserNow come with a standard 90-day warranty.
Return Policy
FuserNow accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase. All product returns, with exception to defective items, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. When we receive your return product, our Quality Control team will inspect the product and confirm whether the product is eligible for a warranty claim. In cases where the buyer no longer needs an item, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to us. If the product does not qualify under our warranty policy, we will contact you with an explanation and return the product at your expense or dispose of the product at your discretion.
