          $10 and over will give you the option to ship USPS Ground Advantage.

          $20 and over ship USPS Ground Advantage.

     eBay Standard Envelope:

          Card is sleeved, loaded in top-loader, sealed in a team-bag, placed in 24lb #6 3/4 envelope, wrapped with packing slip, and then placed in 90lb #10 envelope.

     USPS Ground Advantage Shipments:

          Card is sleeved, loaded in top-loader, sealed in a team-bag, placed in a 24lb #6 3/4 envelope, placed in a 4x6 bubble mailer, and then placed in a 6x9 bubble mailer along with packing slip.
