All items are carefully packaged in bubble wrap and double boxed to prevent breakage. However, if your item does get broken in transit, contact me ASAP with a photo and let me know if you want a replacement or a refund. And PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY the broken vase. The Post Office will want to inspect the contents of the box and if they can't they will deny the claim. THANK YOU!
