Crafted from 100% Pure Sarbloh (Pure Iron), this premium heavyweight Sikh Kara features a smooth round profile with an attractive traditional Dori edge design, combining strength, simplicity and timeless Sikh heritage.
Handmade by skilled artisans in Shri Amritsar Sahib Ji, the sacred home of Sri Harmandir Sahib (Golden Temple), each Kara is individually shaped using traditional methods. No two pieces are exactly alike, giving every Kara its own unique character.
Unlike stainless steel Karas, Pure Sarbloh naturally develops surface oxidation over time, making every Kara distinctive. These natural characteristics are appreciated by many Sikhs as part of the authenticity of traditional Sarbloh.
Each Kara is individually polished before dispatch and carefully inspected to ensure excellent quality.

The Kara (ਕੜਾ) is one of the Five Ks (Panj Kakaar) bestowed by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji upon the Khalsa. Its continuous circular shape symbolises the eternity of Waheguru and serves as a constant reminder to live with honesty, humility, courage and self-discipline.
For many Sikhs, a Pure Sarbloh Kara represents tradition, strength and a deep connection to Sikh history and heritage.
Kara sizes refer to the inside diameter.
To determine your correct size:
• Make a comfortable fist.
• Measure across the middle of your four knuckles (from the centre of the first knuckle to the centre of the fourth knuckle).
OR
• Measure the inside diameter of an existing Kara that fits comfortably.
Select the nearest available size from the variation list.
Please Note: A variation of approximately ±2mm generally makes very little difference to the overall fit.

This Kara is handcrafted from 100% Pure Sarbloh (Pure Iron) using traditional manufacturing methods. As Sarbloh is a natural iron material, minor rust marks, oxidation, grinding marks, polishing marks, forge marks, tiny pits, joint marks and slight surface irregularities are normal characteristics and should not be considered defects. A small dark joint mark may also be visible on black-finished Karas.
Each Kara is polished before dispatch; however, natural oxidation may reappear over time and can be easily maintained using a suitable metal polish if desired.
Please ensure the correct size is selected before purchase. Minor variations in weight, dimensions and finish are normal due to the handmade manufacturing process. Colour may appear slightly different due to lighting conditions and individual screen settings.
