Returns will only be accepted if the goods are in the same perfect condition as delivered, complete with tags attached, tissue packing paper, and the box undamaged. Boxes must be wrapped and must not have labels directly attached or be taped in any way. Any damage or sign of wear to the returned item may result in a refund being refused.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. If you need a different size or colour, a refund will be issued for your return and you will be able to purchase the replacement accordingly. Returns postage will only be refunded if the goods are faulty (decision made at the discretion of management) or were sent incorrectly. Regretfully, footwear that does not fit is not considered as being faulty or not fit for purpose.
