The other seller here on eBay falsely says I overcharge for bulbs. I DO NOT MARK UP THE COST OF THE LED BULBS, YOU PAY WHAT I PAY. Also that seller does NOT install LED bulb for the same price. They ask you to purchase the LED bulb and hope it works for you. I test and send with the LED installed. Yes, it is simple to install, and 99% of the time it will work fine, provided you got the right kind of bulb, and it isn't defective.

I offer 6 month warranty. I have repaired dozens of these and have yet to have someone return one to me during the warranty period. If something happens past 6 months, please contact me and we can see what we can work out.
You are bidding on repair service for YOUR white or black BMW flashlight.
You are not bidding on a flashlight. You will NOT receive a flashlight.
You send me (at your cost) your non functioning flashlight, I will install new German batteries and an LED bulb. I will also provide a 6 month warranty should it stop working within that time.
If the flashlight is beyond repair, I will return it to you and refund your payment, but I have not seen one I cannot fix. I have repaired, many, many dozens of these flashlights.
I will send pictures of the inside, before and after.
I pay for first class mail with tracking back to you in the US. We will have to negotiate costs to do this internationally.
Turnaround time should be about 1 week or less, usually just a few days. I set the turnaround time on eBay high, because I cannot control how quickly you send me your flashlight for repair.
