Item Description

New subminiature (TO-5 can), high-performance RF relay made by Teledyne Relays. These are model 712TN-5 and are DPDT with an internal transistor driver and coil transient suppression diode so they can be actuated with a TTL signal. About $175 each from the usual distributors.
