You will need a wet cloth and a pair of scissors
*Clean and dry your skin thoroughly before application
*Use scissors to cut out the temp tat(s) you plan to apply
*Place a temp tat face-down on your skin and hold it firmly in place
*Use the wet cloth to pat the temp tat down until it is completely soaked with water
