Elfa and the container store don't offer this part to fix your cherished roll around storage shelf or hanging file, I guess the company would prefer that you buy the latest design and throw away the one you have and send it to the land fill. 

I created a replacement that is reinforced so that it won't break as easily. It is very easy to replace and will get you rolling again.
