Overall in fair condition.  In storage many years. 

Cover has wear, creases, piece missing and dirt etc as this is obviously well used.   

Inside pages in fair-good condition. Has some staining. Has rusty staples. 

Has a slight musty smell. Not bad but still noticeable at times.
