This is a lovely clear quartz crystal point with a very light tinge of purple in the tip (technically making it an amethyst, but it is extremely light). If you look closely at the tip in the last photo, you can see a very nice phantom! And, there are tiny red/purple hematite inclusions. There is also a secondary growth of white calcite crystals wrapped around the sides and back. The calcite looks a bit like flowers on the quartz. The tip is perfect, the bottom right side is incomplete. This specimen is from the Fengjiashan mine in Daye, Hubei, China.
