Warranty
In the unlikely event your lamp should fail within this period we will happily replace it with a new one. All will need is the faulty lamp returned to us. We strive to provide the best possible lamps so we take failures seriously.
Returns
To provide the best possible customer service we have a no quibble returns policy. If you are not entirely happy with your projector lamp you can return it for a full refund within 30 days.
If you're returning a lamp that's not faulty you must return it in the box we provided and the lamp must be in the same condition as you received it. Please use additional outer packaging to return the lamp. If the lamp is not received back in ‘As new’ condition we will not be able to accept it.
