COMBINED POSTAGE RATES EXPLAINED - please read
- Postage rates INCLUDE box costs and packing materials. A great deal of care is taken in wrapping and packing your plants so that they arrive in the best condition possible.
- Plants (50mm and 90mm) are sent in their pots (unless otherwise stated). Plants in pots over 90mm will be sent bare rooted, this is the help keep postage cost down, however if you do not wish this to occur please let us know but it will mean postage costs could be higher.
- Packaging and Posting rates for more than one item can be combines when items are purchased in a 5 day window. You need to request this BEFORE making payment and then wait for the amended invoice.
- ORDERS are posted out on a MONDAY OR TUESDAY as a general rule, this is to prevent plants sitting around in post offices on weekends.
- Payments need to be received in our account by 11am Sunday morning to make the following weeks mailout.
