The turtle is unsigned. It came in a grouping of silver jewelry that I purchased, all of it was designer / Southwestern, and it has been tested as sterling. The eyes have red enamel paint, but most of it has rubbed away on the one eye. However, other than that is in very good condition.

The turtle may be Southwestern, but I am not sure.
