How to Operate

  • Prepare 800 to 1000 ml of purified water.
  • Add the electrolytic powder(200-250g)into the purified water and stir it evenly (avoid skin contact with the electrolytic powder which is corrosive).
  • Add about one-third of the purified water to the pressure tank.
  • Connect the gas pipe to ignite and complete the installation.

Notes

  • Comes with an English plug, you don't need to buy an adapter that suits English voltage.
  • This package does not contain electrolytic powder. And the ratio of water and powder is: 4:1
  • It is recommended to use industrial alcohol to filter the produced gas. If not, you can also use clean water instead.
  • It is suitable for polishing acrylic plates within 5mm. It can only polish the material which is made from Acrylic and can only melt small metal like needle tips.
  • When using this machine, please pay attention to the safety of electricity and take necessary protective measures. Please use a plug with ground wire. And it should be kept out of reach of children daily. Water is forbidden inside the machine because there are many electric parts.
  • Please do not wear loose clothing, scarves, ties, or hand jewelry when operating to avoid danger from being caught in moving or rotating parts.
  • The electrolytic solution is highly corrosive. Ignition is forbidden without pressure inside the machine.
  • Please do not open the shell before powering off.
  • Clean electrolytic cells every two months. Release the left gas after you shut down the machine.
