This pacifier clip is made with 7/8" Vollebyball or Basketball Grosgrain Ribbon. The ribbon is looped through a plastic black or orange 1" Kam clip and sewn so that ribbon pattern is on both side. A piece of black or orange elastic is sewn into opposite end to loop through pacifier. Kam clips have plastic teeth that attach tightly to clothing, but will not damage clothing. There is no metal to rust. Ribbon ends have reinforced stitching and are very durable. 

Completed item from Kam clip to elastic end is approx. 10"
