Returns on Halloween/seasonal items are only accepted if notified on day of receipt and ship back within 2 days. Items need to be unused and still in original package. NO RETURNS ON WIGS OR OPENED MERCHANDISE PLEASE.  

We normally ship M-F  unless of an emergency or holiday.  Sometimes on Saturday.  We do not work for USPS and cannot control what happens to the package after it is dropped off at post office.
