Costumes and accessories come from our retail stores. They are clearance priced, and we can no longer accept returns on wigs. Some costumes are old stock and packaging may not be in perfect condition.Because we do not work for USPS, we cannot guarantee delivery only guarantee that we take it to the post office. Once it leaves our hands, we are no longer in control. Tracking numbers are given to you under the purchases tab. If package is shown as delivered and you do not receive it, it is up to buyer to contact their local post office.
