Ladies short witch costume dress.  Super cute with the right accessories!

No holes or stains and all seams are intact.

My "model", Colleen, is a little bigger than size 2-4 so she really filled this little dress out!  It has nice stretch and cute detail.  Black spider web lace on hem and detail on front neckline.

100% polyester.  Hand wash, line dry.
