RETURN POLICY: In a nutshell... I don't work for free... but work to get you the best money can buy =)... honest hard working folk like yourself...
1) Contact me first before anything else to address any issues... i'm reasonable and please reframe from harsh or unpleasant remarks.
2) Be quick to respond to all emails and email me through ebay messaging.
3) If a item is returned it MUST be in its original condition as sent- items not to be used or abused or damaged in any way shape or form and must include any / all packaging and original tags intact.
4) Please be aware that there is a 15% restocking fee for any returns of items should it be entertained to cover dry cleaning and shelving and prepping related costs as well as other shipping related costs.
5)Refund is for the item price only. Postage is non-refundable.
6)If item is sent with "Free Shipping", our actual postage costs will be withheld from the original refund amount and i will provide you with a copy of the actual receipt.
