This is a very rare play ball by Alan Jay it has Mickey Mouse in a plastic ball with water and glitter in it.I can't find anything like it anywhere on eBay if you need more photos just ask. Sorry about the lack of information. It is sealed in the original plastic there are a couple rips on the plastic but it's never been opened I would consider it nos.
