1946 Harry Truman Consul General Czechoslovakia Appointment Parker Buhrman in good estate condition. There is a fold crease which is pictured. Parker Buhrman was a consul, consul general and served in the U.S. government from 1918-1948.  He was appointed as Political Advisor to General Eisenhower and Allied Expedentionary Headquarters in Berlin in 1945 according to his obituary.  The last picture is of him and Eleanor Roosevelt that can be found online from his obituary. Measures 12 3/8" high and 16 1/8" wide.
