This is the Stretch-Ball, a PS/2 Trackball controller. This controller is adjustable for various hand sizes. It has been tested and works fine. It comes as shown, with Trackball itself, box, driver floppy (floppy untested), PS/2 to Serial Adapter, and reference card. Since the box states that this is Windows '95 Compatible, that would date it to around 1995 to 1997.
