These discs were purchased at Best Buy in 2010. At this time Best Buy was advertising a signed CD to promote the Scream album release and I purchased six of them. What Best Buy gave you was a signed sleeve and a sealed CD including an unsigned sleeve. I believe you had to go to the service desk after purchase to pick up your signed booklets. There might be record of this promotion online somewhere. 

Anyhow, these are authentic and a couple are smudged by the and of the man himself.
