Bose has announced that the SoundTouch app and online services will be discontinued from 18 February 2026. We have already seen some accounts being restricted from adding speakers, and therefore there is no guarantee that the SoundTouch app will work with your unit. You will need to buy a bluetooth dongle.

Please note that the speaker itself remains fully functional via AUX Bluetooth Dongle), and you can continue to use it normally in that way.

Because this issue is due to Bose discontinuing the SoundTouch platform, we will not accept returns if its related to Soundtouch app.
