    SPECIAL NOTES 

  • Hand torque the black Allen bolts at 50 ft-lbs. Avoid using air guns.
  • The back of the wheel must be mounted completely flush against the surface of the adapters.
  • Check your clearance and make sure you have room for the 2" adapter.
  • You need two sets of lug nuts for these adapters to work. One set of open end lug nuts to bolt the inner piece of the adapters to the vehicle and one set of appropriate lug nuts to bolt your wheels to the studs of the adapters.
  • Use proper torque for open end lug nuts to your vehicle and lug nuts to adapter studs. Use 95 ft-lbs for 14mm studs, 80 ft-lbs for 12mm studs and 85 ft-lbs for 1/2" studs.
  • If vehicle studs stick out past the surface of the adapter, it may need to be shaved down so that wheels can mount flush. They can easily be ground or trimmed.
  • Sometimes installation of this type of adapter may require some kind of modification for certain vehicles.
