Large Antique Bailey with Stanley Blade No. 5.

Smoothing Plane Woodworking Tool (Attic Fresh) in untouched condition. 

This large plane measures 14 inches across the bottom, 5 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide. 

There are no chips, cracks or repairs on the cast iron parts. 

The wood handle is missing a small part on top and the screw sticks out a little. The front handle has very minor cracking and leans a little towards the right (pictured). 

The front of the blade has “Stanley written on it.  

I did not take it apart or cleaned it up to keep the original patina. The weight of this plane is 4.5 Lbs 

The blade is still razor sharp.
