Not from my system, but I was told that it was operational when removed

It's in decent cosmetic shape - some blemishes, scratches, markings, etc. 

Nothing that you'd really notice with it wired in 

Seems like everything is intact or in the box, no guarantees though 

A little bit of residual dirt/dust/debris around the box/unit - as it was in storage for a while

The box is pretty beat up, but intact

I think that all the necessary wiring is here, no guarantees

I seem to recall some extra wires in the box as well (presumably for the 4-speaker configuration)

There's also an additional mounting bracket still attached to the packing Styrofoam

Manual is not included

This is the dash unit only, not the speaker combo. 

Once again, I don't know much about this and you can take that as you will. I haven't personally tested it and can make no guarantees. 

That being said, it seems as though it would work just fine.
