A Royal Mail tracking number will be provided once the item has been posted.

Returns Policy

Returns will be provided on a case by case basis.

Once I have received and checked the item, a refund will be issued.

The item, including the Hermes box and ribbon that was included in the package must be returned in its original saleable condition.

For UK and European customers, the refund policy lasts for 7 days and 14 days for the rest of the world.

This takes effect from the day you receive the item and I must be provided with a tracking number within the days I specified above.

Partial refunds can be provided, if there is an unforeseen problem.

The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs and any other costs that may incur.
