This is a Vintage Cumberland Graphics Cumberland Pencils Advertising Counter Display Stand.
It measures approx 31cm high x 23.4cm wide x 5.2cm deep.
It is made of quite a flimsy plasticky material.
It does have some marks due to age as can be seen on the photographs, I think it is from the 80's !
