We are the first to develop this technology machinery with 20 years at the forefront. This means that any brand or manufacturer of machines is an imitation.     The machines are manufactured with quality steel and American standards, with high strength steels and cast modular intensive work.

Our pellet mills are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 90 days after delivery. The warranty does not cover "consumable" wear items such as rollers and press. Users are responsible for paying the replaced parts and relative charges. The warranty does not include costs associated with the repair of damaged units determined to be caused by improper handling and/or operation. If any components are damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.

NOTE: The shipping and handling time for this machine is approximately eight 8-10 weeks to most U.S. locations. Shipping to any major port worldwide is free. You will have to pick up from the port or port warehouse in some cases you could be picking up in a warehouse in your city. Door to door shipping is available and we will quote upon request.  Shipping will not include your country port handling or import tax if any apply.

Cancelation of order is only accepted in within the 24 hours after order and will only accept order cancelation if the item was not ship. If you cancel the order any payment process fee (paypal fees or ebay fees) will not be credited.
