Wedescribe what we sell to the best of our ability, and everything is sold ingood faith. Please note that descriptions are potentially subjective, sopictures taken form a vital part of the description. in a few cases wedo need to lighten the subject to see all the relevant detail of the coins, assome items do not like to have or cooperate in having their photos taken .If you are in anydoubt about what you are bidding on, or if you are unclear on aspects of thecondition description, please contact us before you bid to avoid anydisappointment.
Overseas buyers
We arehappy to post overseas wherever possible, but please understand that postageoverseas can be very costly. Please contact us before bidding to get a postagequote, and prevent any surprises regarding the price.
Postage and Insurance
We takethe time to package your item well – just as we hope someone else would do forus. Your item will be securely and safely packed, using appropriate materials,so that it will arrive at your place in the same condition that it left ours.
Please beaware though that we can only do so much to mitigate rough handling by thecarrier. We will securely try and prevent any damage, We do include insurancein the postage quote for items of value (particularly for coins of value),Please note that wherever possible we use recycled packaging as we are veryconscious of the unnecessary waste and damage to the world we live in, causedby throwing packaging materials away after they have been used just once.
Returns
While wewill accept returns under Australian Consumer Law conditions, we are unable toaccept returns for any other reason as we are not a business and do not sellcommercially. in all cases buyer pays return postage.
Australian Consumershave legal rights to obtain a repair, replacement, or refund for goodspurchased if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or don’t match thedescription. If it is the case that we have somehow erred and not described theitem correctly, you must return items in their original packaging and in thesame condition as when we sent them (as in the photographs listed). Please doNOT return items that were damaged in transit as we are not able to give you arefund for this circumstance. We package our items well and securely, butoccasionally items do get damaged/lost or stolen in transit through no fault ofours. For this reason, we insure against loss and damage for the price that youpaid, and if anything does go wrong between the time your parcel leaves us andarrives at your place, we are happy to help with the details needed for yourclaim on the carrier.
