Return and Refund Policy

In the event of a return you must contact us through ebay for full instructions and an authorised return reference prior to returning your item. We will provide full details and address for the returns.

If an item received is unsuitable the buyer is welcome to return, however the buyer will be responsible for the return postage and packaging charges at their expense. All returned goods MUST be unused and in the original packaging with all tags still attached, and free from any wear or tear. Our quality control have the right to refuse refund if inspection deems them used.

Also for item that have a postage cost charged for shipping the item out, that amount will not be refunded as we have already paid that item for it to be shipped out.

For items that have Free Post & Packaging charges, a deduction of 20% will be deducted for post and packaging charged from the amount paid and the balance will be refunded to the original method of payment. EXAMPLE Item Cost £19.99 + free P&P, if item returned, £16.00 will only be refunded. £4.00 will be deducted for postage and packaging.

For items which are faulty on receipt, you must notify us within 10 days of sale of item by e-mail through ebay only. Please do not proceed to return without first confirming your intention to do so and getting returns form. Faulty items should be returned to us with 10 days and upon receipt we will either replace or refund the item subject to inspection of the item and remaining stock from our quality control department .

If the item ordered is not the item received, this must be reported to us by email through ebay within 10 days. We will issue a returns label (paying for postage) and upon receipt of the returned item we will then send the correct item (stock permitting).

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

For all parcels that are returned to us by the Royal Mail as undelivered because no one was at home 0r the buyer failed to contact the Royal Mail to have the parcel re-delivered or collected, we will refund the price of the product only and not the postage charges as they would have been paid.

If the item was with free Post & Packaging Charges, we will deduct 20% from the total price to cover post and packaging charges.

RETURNS SENT WITHOUT A VALID RETURNS REFERENCE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
