This is a very rare Sample lottery ticket given only to retail sellers, never available to the public. This may be the only one of these known to exist. Issued  as a reward to lottery agents during the sale of Pennsylvania's Instant tickets. This ticket has long expired and has no gambling or monetary value. Offered as a collector item only.
