Lincoln Continental 8 Piece 24K Gold Plated Gold Coast Package Emblem kit. I'm not sure how many of these kits were made, but based on the "32VInTechV8" emblem, this was made for the 1995-2002 generation Continental. 

The 8 gold plated emblems come with installation instructions and 4 installation templates to ensure proper fitment as well as a warranty sheet from the manufacturer. 

Everything in the photos is included, items 1 (embroidered floor mats) and 2 (addendum sticker) are not included.
