Freight charges will be shown at checkout*. We partner with Australia Post, Courier Please and TNT Express for small parcel deliveries and use TNT Express / COPE / Direct Freight Express for large bulky items.

Local depot collection may be required in some regional areas.

Free shipping

For products with free shipping offers, a surcharge may apply to some suburbs for home deliveries. Alternatively, you can collect the item from a local depot*. Our staff may contact you for further discussion when your location is not eligible for free shipping.

(*Selected depots only, a surcharge may apply to some depots, we will discuss solutions with you in this case. We reserve the right to hold off the dispatch until the associated surcharge is paid for by you.)

Re-delivery

Buyers have full responsibility to provide the correct address and sign for delivery. If for any reason we miss you on the delivery day, and the driver doesn't deem it safe to leave the item, a card will be left for you to call the depot to collect the item. A second delivery may incur extra charges.

All products are free to pick up from our stores. Please note that some products are only available from specific stores (a special note will be placed on the product page in this case).

Assemble service is available for store pick up only. Fees may apply.

CHANGE OF MIND

Please choose carefully as B.W. Machinery does not offer exchanges or refunds where you have simply changed your mind, or made a wrong selection.

DAMAGES IN TRANSIT

B.W. Machinery provides a 14 day return policy from the day of invoice on all items. If the item is damaged in transit, we will either arrange a replacement to you or issue a refund. The returned goods must be in its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals. 

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE

Refunds for in-store purchases will be processed by any relevant B.W. Machinery stores.

Items must be in original sale condition (unworn, undamaged, or otherwise unused with original tags/labels attached).

Online orders will be processed by our Customer Care Team at Cheltenham and will normally be issued within 3 business days.

Please note: The buyer will be responsible for the actual return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged in transit (videos or pictures must be provided as proof).
