Product Applications:

● This heated magnetic stirrer is specially developed and designed for applications with higher requirements on handling capacity, temperature and power. The upgraded heated magnetic stirrer has better performance, stronger functions and wider applications, and is suitable for stirring or heating and stirring at the same time, liquids or solid-liquid mixtures whose viscosity is not very large. 

Main features:

● Aluminum die-cast ceramic coated working disk with superior resistance to wear, corrosion, high temperature and oxidation;

● Wide temperature control range, up to 400℃, heating function can be controlled individually, and the button is highlighted when heating is on, which is convenient for operation;

● External temperature sensor PT1000 can precisely control the temperature accuracy to ±0.2℃;

● DC brushless motor, low noise, low maintenance, smooth operation and long service life;

●LCD display shows temperature, speed and running time in real time, clearly visible;

●Time setting function, 0~99h59min, which makes the experiment operation more convenient;

LCD display with backlight design, easy to set and monitor the data during operation;

● Double heating control circuit, when a heating circuit fails, it can still maintain the temperature stability;

● Knob with operation locking anti-misoperation function to prevent accidental change of operation status and improve experimental safety; subject to corrosion;

●The pressed aluminum sealed thermal insulation housing effectively prevents liquids and gases from entering the interior of the instrument and protects the circuit components from corrosion.

 Optional 1/4 round alloy heating module is available for application of parallel reactions of multiple samples. Suitable for 4ml, 8ml, 16ml, 20ml, 30ml, 40ml test tubes. Optional alloy heating module for round bottom flasks with volumes from 50 ml to 2000 ml, screw top flask heating adapter module and flask heating module are also available. We have also designed a three-mouth flask adaptor module, which is suitable for three-mouth flasks with thicker mouths.
