To order, please leave your personalisation details in the box provided making sure to leave all the requirements including:

1. FONT: Arial Only

2. Thread Colour (10 colours choice)

3. Personalised Text (12 character limit)

If no font and thread colour are specified, we will use the following defaults:

• Font: Arial

• Thread Colour: Black thread for light-coloured hats or White thread for dark-coloured hats

Please provide a maximum of 24 characters including spaces, no special characters.

Please note the more characters you use the smaller your text will be.

Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised items

Payment & Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us through eBay messages before the item is dispatched.

Delivery:

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or trusted courier services. We only deliver to confirmed addresses provided on eBay. Once payment is received, items are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Return Policy:

If you wish to return a non-personalised item, please contact us within seven days of receiving it. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
