Condition:
This CGC graded 8.0 magazine is noted as having “White” pages and is a newsstand copy with NO label. The CGC population report as of 1/29/24 indicates that CGC has graded only three copies to date and there is only 1 graded 8.0 and only 1 higher which is an 8.5. The first two images are scans and the remainder are pictures taken with my phone.  I trust they provide needed clarity to enable you to see the quality of the magazine.   Please let me know if any questions.
